At ThePack Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original, sealed packaging with tags attached, and place them securely in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
